"Excuse Me"- Submission of the list of excuses: It is piculiar but can be productive

There are one or more people present in every group of people who produced excuses for any incident often. The one produces excuses may be to avoid responsibilities or by habit or may be for any problem. But to express excuse is most old one conventional, popular and known to all over the globe. In produce of excuses, the one will get reaction as this comment from the other side is “The thief of work”. The comment from other side may not create any reaction to the one if it has habit or to avoid responsibility. But who have a bit crisis for it related to excuse the comment may shake it.

It was not found that to search the actuality of the excuse,  that is or are produces by the one. Maybe or may not be by any group or organization or any other institution tried to collect the fact behind the excuse and analysis and convert the excuse to execute.


Suppose:

A lord offers to its servant to express all the excuses which are available to the behind of its excuse. The lord gives every openness to express everything, own handwriting, seven days to write in any communicable, understandable language, suggestions for self realization and how can be free from the circumstances or crisis or anything behind the excuse of servant, right to protect the list of excuse sabotage from others, convenient way to submission the list of excuse after written approval of adult literate family members, if there are any crisis to get approval from family members add extra few points to the list of excuses.


After seven days,  the servant submit the list of excuse for an incident to the lord,  who offered to submit that. The servant listed everything which are related to its excuses on which gets the offer to list down, its written all the points, could be logical or not to outsider,  but important to the servant and at the same time to the lord too.

After receiving the matter,  from the servant directly and study,  from the start to last at a glance by the lord and sent to a group of wise people. The lord comments few words on the matter to the group of wise people and give them necessary instructions.


Within the same time the lord ask few questions to the servant separately and instructed to execute its own responsibility and wait for a period about decision on the list of excuse the servant produce to the lord. The lord tried to get the servant under its radar for a short period of time to observe and find out the main things of the given excuse and waiting for the report of wise group.


After a gap of period, the people from wise group,  inform to the lord about the list of excuse which they had got to find out the main cause and suggest everything which are necessary for the servant.


After the final decision,  taken on the basis of self realization and the information given by the wise people the lord instructed few lines to the head of the hiracry under which the servant work in favor of the servant.


After not so long period of gap,  the priest of the hiracry getting productive result from, the servant and absent of excuse from its attitude. The priest managed and executed the servant on the based of the lord instruction.”



Here the lord is a proved, intelligent and graded person on its level, the servant who belongs under an execution of a priest hiracry and the people of wise group are specialist in their specialist knowledge like, anthropology, spirituality, life science, modern science, psychology, sociology and management who are the parts of research and development for advanced and smart human resource development.

The fact is servant may be any one or more, any aged, any sex in the globe,  but it is true and can be handled several efficient way to reduce or omission the produce of excuse.  It is one kind of gorilla attack to the servant by cool head and plans way for this kind of servant. The tool to offer the list of excuse as much as possible option in respect of the incident of excuse can more result oriented instead of most used old tool the show cause letter.


The 2013 year on the ending moment and entering to next, so if there is deficiency of smart servant instead of hard worker for better and result oriented work execution then needed to change of the way of managing and execution of servant under the wise priest hiracry.


There is needed to increase a mass smart servant instead of hard work servant. This will not be possible by creating repeated pressure or any type of punishment,  but will be possible by trained, educated and informed priest and a top label, for permanent setup of group of wise people who will do continuous collect information, research and development of smart servant.



The smart servant takes less time to do finish an instruction which will save more task hours and execution will be more speedy in comparatively hard work servant. So, the time is big factor in this age to finish a task.

Consideration need to be done for which steps are needed to change in time-consuming and non productive task and save valuable so-called all kinds of powers.

Congratulations to all of the majority group of employees for their hard work for which the Government become pleased and happily increased the earning level of this majority group of employees. Now, the time has come to wait for a new order to get increased level remuneration to rest minority group of employees who are generally waiting for a few long period for their work.
